Account Executive

We work with organisations to ensure that their existing and aspiring talent are ready for the future of work.

We do this by helping our clients to maximise their Apprenticeship Levy funds so that they can develop critical skills and also attract a wider pool of talent for their organisation. 

Having recently expanded, we are currently looking for an individual to support with the design of our end-to-end process, supporting the Solutions, Marketing and Business Development teams.


About the Role

As part of our expansion, we are looking to recruit an innovative, experienced and professional individual with a clear passion for supporting business growth through the development of people.

The successful candidate will report to the Programme Success Manager and will work closely with the rest of the team to provide an efficient and professional service to our clients.

The successful candidate for the Account Executive position will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for key client contacts for planned delivery.
  • Lead client project meeting management.
  • Reports on client status, highlighting key risks or opportunities to the Operations Management Team.
  • Management and co-ordination of logistics for workshop delivery.
  • Manage briefing and follow up with delivery team after learning events.
  • Review of learner and delivery team data.
  • Monitoring and management of client project information management systems.
  • Sourcing new commercial opportunities for additional delivery
  • Create project support documents as required.


About You

The successful candidate for the Account Executive role should possess the following attributes to success in the role:

  • An ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with team members and clients.
  • Previous client service experience.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for quality.
  • Incredible organisational skills.
  • The ability to think of all of the little things that other people may forget
  • Proven track record of progressing new business and managing a book of clients successfully.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to use your own initiative about when to manage it yourself and when to escalate in situations involving clients.
