We work in partnership with all of our clients to provide a full, end-to-end service that helps to attract, recruit, develop and retain top talent. We offer continuous professional development at all levels of an organisation, across single or multiple sites. Gradvert are an Apprenticeship Training Provider focusing on delivering leadership and management programmes for learners. As an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Gradvert work at all levels within an organisation from entry-level through to senior management teams providing accredited and non-accredited programmes.

Everything we design and deliver is bespoke to our clients needs, supporting their commercial goals with training aligned accordingly.


Having recently expanded, we are currently looking for several learning and development coaches to join our team. We work with a number of top brands including, Multiplex, British Athletics, Net-a-Porter and Diageo to name a few.


About You

You will have a positive attitude towards learning and the benefits that it brings both to the individual learning and their organisation. Have experience of working at all levels across client organisations and being an expert in your chosen discipline.


About the Role

  • Work closely with the client and the team to project manage programmes, looking at requirements such as measures of success, content creation, delegate selection, and acting as a trusted partner to our clients L&D/HR functions.
  • Plan and deliver client development and learning programmes supporting the Learning Solutions Team to produce the relevant supporting training materials.
  • Ensure that all learners have a positive experience and develop the knowledge and skills required to help improve their performance and productivity in the work environment.
  • You will work with the Learning Solutions Team to review and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes you have delivered.
  • Initiate and take control of your own ‘continuous professional development’ to keep up with developments in training and development and be the best in your field.


Important Skills:

  • Strong communicator across all platforms with excellent written skills and spoken English.
  • Exceptional presentation skills: verbal, written and visual.
  • Outstanding facilitator
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player
  • A proactive/can do attitude


Desirable Skills: 

  • Ability to deliver Leadership and Management training for the Apprenticeship Training standard Level 3 and above.
  • Experienced professional in either a management or leadership position.
  • Hold a coaching qualification
  • Experience of delivering and assessing ILM accredited development programmes.

Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience as a trainer, facilitator and/or coach.
  • Provide evidence of CPD
  • Provide evidence of client facing working where you have scoped, designed and delivered training and development.


Must have:

  • Own vehicle and/ or willingness to travel
  • Clean driving licence.
